GUIDED MEDITATION & SOUND BATH with Aura Reading
DATE: THURSDAY, JANUARY 28th 7:00 – 8:15 pm
At the beginning of class, you will listen to the powerful vibrations of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. These vibrations will stimulate and open your 7 chakras.
After the Sound Bath, you will be guided through a magical meditation intended to help you trust your journey. You will dive deep into your imagination on an “under the sea” adventure where you will relax, release stress and connect with God’s love. You will also receive a Reiki Healing during the meditation. This Healing will infuse Divine energy into your Aura. After the meditation, your instructor, Tara Noelle Poey, will help you understand and interpret any messages and images you received while in your meditative state.
In addition to the Sound Bath and Guided Meditation, you will receive a personal Aura Reading to assess each of your chakras. Any blockages will be identified, and you will be given guidance about how to clear those blockages.
