Sound Bath, Angel Aura Cleanse Meditation, Reiki Healing, Tuning Fork Therapy and Crystal Pyramid Therapy

Class will begin with a soothing Sound Bath. As you listen to the vibrations of 7 Quartz Crystal Bowls, all of your chakras will be cleared and balanced. You will also receive Crystal Pyramid Therapy designed to stimulate your Crown Chakra and Tuning Fork Therapy to raise the vibration of your Heart Chakra, specifically.

Next, you will listen to a Guided Meditation that will take you on a tour through an enchanted Botanical Garden where you will meet Angels who will help you remove any negative energy from your mind, body and soul by cleansing your Aura. During this meditation, you will receive a hands-on Reiki Healing, from Reiki Master – Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will allow divine light and love to flow through your body, bringing you feelings of peace and joy.
