We are now accepting online registrations for our upcoming Fall classes, which will begin on Tuesday, September 8th. Please refer to the “Performing Arts” and “Martial Arts” pages of this site for class schedules, descriptions, and registration forms. Space is limited in all classes, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible in order to guarantee placement. We can’t wait to welcome you to our studio family!
Performing Company Training Camp is coming soon! August 17 through 21 (Monday through Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Early drop off and late pick up will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for no extra charge. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and pull your hair back each day. Also, don’t forget to bring a lunch, a snack and plenty of water. We will provide each camper with a technique booklet. Please bring this booklet to camp each day. New Company members will be fitted for supplies during Training Camp. Any returning Company members who need to order any new supplies (parade uniform, t shirt, hoodie, bag, ballet shoes, tap shoes or hip hop sneakers), please let Mrs. Tara know by August 21. ** We will be filming campers on Monday, August 17th for promotional videos for our website, youtube and Facebook. If you have a Higher Vision t shirt or hoodie, please wear that to camp for filming. It’s going to be an amazing week! Get ready to have fun and train hard!
We will be having a Lock In on Friday, May 29th from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. There will be a glow stick dance party, a bounce house, obstacle course, talent show and more! The cost is $25 for students, $30 for guests or $20 to stay until 11 p.m. instead of overnight (Cash Only, Pay at the door). Dinner and Breakfast will be provided. Bring pajamas, a sleeping bag and a pillow. Don’t miss the fun! See you there!
We were so proud to have two outstanding fighters representing Higher Vision Studios on National TV at Glory 19 on Friday, Feb. 6th at the Hampton Coliseum. We want to say thank you to James Hurley, who accepted this fight with only 1 week’s notice, and went out there and gave his all! We also want to give a big congratulations to our Muay Thai instructor, Brian Collette, for his impressive win! It was an honor to have both of these men representing Higher Vision Studios at such a prestigious kickboxing event.

We have a BIG weekend in store for our Performing Arts and Martial Arts programs at Higher Vision Studios! Fighter, James Hurley, and Muay Thai instructor, Brian Collette, will be fighting this Friday at the Hampton Coliseum for Glory 19, which will be televised. Then, on Saturday and Sunday, our Performing Arts Company will be competing at a National Dance Competition at the Sandler Center in Va. Beach. In addition to three group routines, we have six students who will be performing their first solos – Jade Allen, Lexi Morgen, Rachael Humphrey, Michelle Humphrey, Alyssa Humphrey, and Mia Ziemba. Two weeks after our bootcamp, you can check out Brian Collette fighting on Spike TV Glory 18 fighting Zach Mwekassa in the Light heavyweight tournament. Exciting!!!!!!!!
Higher Vision Studios will be hosting our first Kickboxing and Boxing fighting event on Saturday, November 15th, 2014. We will be having 10 to 15 amateur Kickboxing and Boxing matches between fighters from all over the state of Virginia. Doors open at 5pm. Fights start at 6pm. Spectators are $15 prior to Nov. 15th, $20 at the door on the day of event. Space is limited!!!!! Please get your tickets early at Higher Vision Studios in Virginia Beach or over the phone at 757-297-7583. If you are a fighter and would like to fight in this event, please contact us. Every fighter, win or lose, will receive an award for competing.
